I just had to fit in one last trip this summer so we took off for Primm, NV. Cheap hotel rooms, an arcade, pool and fast food made for a nice getaway. Returning home an hour before back to school night made for a rough evening. But I am still glad to have gotten away.

Next time do Laughlin, NV. You can get a room for around $19.00 a night and they are right on the river. Then you can head over to Lake Mohave to cool off. It's our usual vacation spot but this year we splurged and did Lake Powell.
