Thanks to dollar days at the local bowling alley our family spent the afternoon bowling. It had been awhile and we were rusty, but still had fun! Most of the photos did not turn out well at all {my camera hates it's own flash} but I love this shot!

I LOVE this pic; I think you should frame it! About your workout post: My ward is doing some aquafit classes & I was wondering about it, so thanks for your input :) Oh, and I am honsetly too un-coordinated for a treadmill, so you're one-up on me. I seriosly bump into the sides & can't keep my balance very well. So pathetic!
