In the span of only 2 weeks my some or all of my kids will have attended 5 birthday parties. Now don't get me wrong, it's fun having so many friends, the kids love going and I don't blame anyone for being born in the busiest month of the year. But, I am done buying birthday gifts. I am stressed enough over Christmas gifts.One thing we have done for the last 2 parties is have the kids decorate butcher paper instead of buying special gift wrap. Especially on gifts this big and the response has been great from the families who are receiving. They seem to like knowing that my kids helped in preparing the gift.
