I absolutely love cookies that start with cake mixes. I saw one for peanut butter cookies recently and had to give it a try with a twist, chocolate chips!
1 box yellow cake mix
1cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons water
2 eggs
1 cup of milk chocolate chips (or 2 cups, I really just dumped until it looked good!)
Preheat oven to 350
Toss in in your mixer until all is combined
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet (I always use a small ice cream scoop, I like how uniform they turn out)
Bake about 15 minutes.
