Over at Better Homes and Gardens they have sweet printable Valentine's Day Coupons.
There is a set for kids with things like "This coupon entitles you to one hour of Mom's time" and a set for Adults that has messages like "This coupon entitles you to sleep in as late as you like." There is also a blank set for to add in your own ideas.
